    FOUNDING PARTNER

    Mark Brown brings over 3 decades of sales leadership to 2nd Forge Group, including the developing, leading, and scaling successful co-selling partner programs alongside global cloud service providers Amazon Web Services, Google, and Microsoft. 

    In addition to his channel experience, he currently serves as an advisor and mentor to service providers focused on enterprise and mid-market sales motions — helping them reconsider market realities as the technology industry rapidly evolves.

  • Alexandra Matthiesen

    FOUNDING PARTNER

    Alexandra holds nearly 20 years of experience designing go-to-market programs and the strategy required to see them come to life. Her work has centered in the world of data management and security, emerging technologies, and zero-to-one hardware and software ventures.

    She believes everyone has a right to a voice in our shared technological future — a belief demonstrated in her role on the Board of Directors for cybersecurity education nonprofit, CyberUp.

  • Stuart Brown

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

    Stuart is a sales professional with a track record in customer engagement, multi-channel revenue growth, and strategic account management. At 2nd Forge Group, he translates data insights into meaningful business outcomes — helping our clients identify opportunities to optimize business to realize measurable value.  

    His experience includes contributing to notable expansion of North American e-commerce operations at Atomic.

  • Joshua Copeland

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Joshua is a cybersecurity executive and advisor with more than 25 years of experience across commercial, federal, and state sectors. As a Principal Consultant at 2nd Forge Group, he helps stakeholders build business-aware, resilient GRC and SOC programs, with a focus on risk management and secure infrastructure design.

    In addition to leading and scaling high-performing IT teams, he also teaches graduate cybersecurity courses at Tulane University.
